My journey from a student of anesthesia to teaching postgraduate residents has been a rewarding and transformative experience. I remember the initial days of my training, filled with curiosity and the weight of responsibility that comes with the field. Every patient encounter and case provided me with valuable lessons, not just about anesthesia, but about patient care, precision, and the critical role we play in the operating room.

As I grew in my knowledge and skills, I found joy in mentoring and guiding others, passing on the wisdom that my own teachers imparted to me. Their dedication and patience shaped my path, instilling in me the belief that teaching is not only a duty but a way to give back to the community.

Last year, I started an Instagram page dedicated to educational content about medicine and anesthesia. The goal was simple: to spread knowledge. I believe knowledge is power, and in today’s digital age, platforms like Instagram can reach a global audience, helping students and professionals alike stay informed and empowered.

On this Teacher's Day, I reflect on the immense gratitude I hold for all my teachers. They have not only guided me but have also inspired me to continue the cycle of teaching and learning. Their influence remains at the heart of everything I do, both in the classroom and online.
