This is the official WUDC 2021 judge training program!
We have identified a series of topics which are essential for proper adjudication but at the same time suffer from lack of consistency. This channel will host a collection of 'from theory to practice' videos that will have adjudication exercises attached.
Each topic, or module, will (hopefully) be useful for everyone, from beginners who have judged a few tournaments through to those who have judged early outrounds at WUDC.
Modules will consist of a combination of theory videos, example videos, notes, and exercises. These resources are designed to be used in conjunction with each other, or with another debate recording elsewhere. In these cases, we will mention this in the description of the video.
If you have questions for us (related to the videos), please leave them as comments. We will try to answer them where we can, which will help make them more useful for the rest of the community.
