Hey community tab! I received a great question yesterday on a members only video release I did, and to thought I would share it with you all in case someone else has the same question. The question was did I know of a finish product that can be used on an entire bamboo rod finish job? The answer: Yes, you want to use a urethane type finish, and U-40 makes a great product perfect for this application, and it can be used on wooden reel seats as well.

Pro Tip: When working with color preserver, always pour how much you think you will need to use into a separate small container. This will keep you from contaminating the original bottle. Hope this helps.
