This was just posted. Earth facing âlong duration X1.8 solar flare â producing an S3 solar storm coming our way.
Please be very gentle with yourself and everyone around you. People are struggling with the likelihood it will intensify what they / we are feeling.

October energy is firey and we are all feeling it! Four X-flares in 48 hours and in between almost every half hour we have smaller flares accompanied by high levels of plasma. Plasma is the energy thatâs like a Roto Ruter for the lower level density still held in the body. As itâs working we experience all kinds of tummy issues such as bloating, gas, diarrhea or constipation and digestive issues.
The energy from these flares creates expansion of consciousness, its wake up energy. It creates third eye aches, headaches & pressure in the head / face. This requires stillness in order to integrate the energy. Our body must receive it in so we upgrade. Resistance to it makes the process longer creating pain in the body.
This is a time we can see more kundalini activations and awakenings. Having one isnât better than not having one, itâs all based on how our soul chose its wake up for itâs human experience so do not measure against another.
This month holds a lot of energy towards introspection and opportunity to deepen our connection within so focus should be there. Remember, the reality we experience is created within through âthoughtsâ which eventually become emotions which create our waking experience. Want a new experience? Go within to create new patterns of thinking which creates new thoughts which creates new emotions which creates a new reality. âYou are more powerful than you think you are!â I love you â¤ď¸

Since sending out my membership community newsletter and posting our Wednesday gathering yesterday Iâve had a lot of people reach out to tell me they appreciate the reminder to work âwith the storm and not against itâ.
My community members have felt the call to action to support those in the path of this destructive storm by working with its energy to slow it down. Iâve received updates that itâs working just as it worked with Hurricane Francine. That storm fell apart when it hit Louisiana and there were only a handful of us working that storm.
How do we work with a storm? Itâs energy like everything else. Law of Attraction is at play. If you fear it, the energy of fear is dense and heavy and gets added to the storms already dense energy. Instead we send it love, connect to the consciousness of the storm and ask it to slow and honor the life in its path as we honor the experience itâs chosen to have in becoming a storm.
This hurricane we are working with is expected to hit tomorrow. The good news is that overnight our work has helped downgrade the storm from a Cat 5 to a Cat 4!
If you are participating by working with the storm please continue to do so. Everyone can do this by simply tuning in through love and following what I outlined above. The worst thing we can do is fear it. Fear reduces our power, love amplifies it. Be love even in chaos, love creates greater clarity

I woke up this morning to this incredible creation⌠the intricate web of an Orb Weaver. They showed up last summer and build this amazing web outside the front door somehow. Iâm always in awe of their craftsmanship.
Spiders teach us to create in a present state of being creating magic right where we are. Spiders bring us deeper into our Divine Feminine which is our ability to create.
Spiders and spiderwebs reflect to us our own inner connectedness the portals of creation held deep within us. This past week as the energies in the cosmos have shifted in an incredibly powerful way, Iâm feeling deeply called to do more creating.
The energies right now have us taking the mask off to reveal all truths hidden deep within to excavate more of our authentic self. For me itâs a push to do more art when I have free time. Iâve been thinking of creating a page for my art but havenât arrived there fully yet.

We had another X flare yesterday due to high solar wind. This created three CMEâs that were discharged towards the Earth. Weâll feel the impact now and more strongly through the 12th.
These energies bring us into expanded states of higher consciousness. With this you may feel headaches, head pressure, third eye aches, eyes may ache or vision may get blurry (remember our eyes are for seeing in 3D, our third eye is really for seeing all things clearly).
You may feel dizzy, have vertigo or nausea. This is an indication that your energy field (electromagnetic field) is trying to catch up with the energy shifts Gaia is experiencing in her electromagnetic magnetic field. If you are feeling off balance get outside on the ground barefoot and connect with Gaia. Itâs important to receive from the Gaia, it helps us ground into our body. Do not ground into Gaia, thatâs the old way. She canât support that as shes in her own shift just like us. Grounding into our body is very important. We get pulled out at night during sleep as we travel, teach, learn, visit etc and also when we have solar events like this.
Make sure you stay hydrated and get plenty of rest.
On the 15th we shift into potentially volatile energy as Mars and Saturn rule the sky. We are seeing / feeling this significant solar activity as part of this power segment here on Earth. Itâs needed to shake things up, shake things loose.
We must remind ourselves not to be impatient, make patience something thatâs practiced daily as these energies may make us feel a bit combative.
This is also a time when we might see earthquakes, I just said this out loud two days ago and Japan had a 7.1 earthquake yesterday.
Please stay in love and grace. Let each have their journey as we stay on ours to hold the highest timeline to support this global transformation we are going through. We are doing it even if it doesnât look / feel that way. I love you â¤ď¸
