What does healing look like to you?
To me, healing looks like disrupting your norm in order to identify and call out the things that keep you in bondage.
As I venture into this new chapter of my life, this chapter of intentional healing... I invite you to come along with me. Allow me to share everything that is flowing from my heart. Allow me to share the things that have scared me and held me back for YEARS!

In life you will experience things that will rock you to the core. These things are purposed to grow you, to strengthen you, to build your character. Don't wallow in your pain, confront it and make peace with it. Don't focus on pleasing people, their happiness is not your objective - pleasing God is. So with the talents He has given you, take them and use them towards Kingdom building. When you become a willing and open vessel, God will blow your mind. Align yourself and refine your focus. Mentality is everything, make sure that you have a rich one. Do what makes you happy, find peace and contentment in who you really are. BE FREE
