Analyse: I can see 2 option for eren's phrase:
1) a change in their path talk
2) a monologue to himself
In both cases, its anime original.
Also, its adult eren's voice, he is sobbing/suffering from his actions, meaning you can exclude the beginning of 139.
Eren was refering to the end of the table scene after beating up armin, where armin called him slave.
So eren said "Armin..Its as you said, i am a slave to freedom", which he never said in the manga.
Now think about what you say if you think it fits 139 convo, remember what 139 was based around? Ymir choosing mikasa's choice and eren following that path, but was never based around eren's freedom. Who did we saw right after the new line in the PV? Ymir.
"I AM a slave to freedom" implies he acknowledge that he is driven by freedom, that he is going to do everything he can to achieve his freedom, to keep moving forward.

Based on previous PV release pattern, we should be close to a full trailer for cour 2 and an official announcement for the release date for cour 2.
To me there is nothing to theorise specificaly at this point, well i do have a video coming later on a paralell between AoT and muv luv, with "copypast" dialogue, possibly understanding eren saying "where does it begins" is about when he loops back, which is why we see the "long dream scene" at this exact sentence.
'The flashback scene" will remain the iconic AOE theory to me personnaly, a scene like this with alternate characters? (school caste, black scarfkasa) a scene of falco's flying titan when it hasn't happen yet amoung specific past memories in a scene called "flashback" in japanese? Was scrolling on X (Twitter), and came across an ending defender thread trying to defend the manga ending. You have the right to like the ending, but when i read stuff like this in the image below, i am 100% convinced that most EDs did not understand the story at all.
Bro said when eren hugged ymir in paths, ymir saw eren and mikasa's bound 💀 how come? Eren was talking about mikasa or was he talking about how ymir can be free? That she was waiting for HIM, and this is why the ending doesn't make sense, not only the "that person was mikasa" doesn't make sense, the fact that they don't even explain why it was mikasa and not eren then give us a "only ymir knows" is a whole ass plot hole, which is bad for a story like AOT.
I've red the entire thread, and as soon as i saw "mikasa and eren lived in paths for months", i fambled like omelete 💀
