Founded in 1985, HKIAC is one of the longest-standing arbitral institutions in the Asia-Pacific region. HKIAC provides a one-stop shop which administers arbitration, mediation, adjudication and domain name cases. HKIAC also plays a leading role in developing innovative arbitration practices. It won the 2015 GAR innovation award for its model arbitration clauses and tribunal secretary service.
