Hi, I'm Martin, I live with my wife in Almere and I retired after 40 years of work. We have 2 children and 3 grandchildren.
In 2019 we decided to build a pool in the backyard of our house. We had a pool built in our previous house and after 3 years in our new house we started to miss that pool. Although an above-ground pool was fine, we still felt the need for a real pool. Maybe a little overconfident I decided to do it all by myself. In August 2019 I made a design and in September of that year I started to build. June 3, 2020 I proudly swam my first laps.
Through this channel I want to show how I went through the construction process of my swimming pool, step by step, even the finishing of the garden is shown.
