What is Postural Yoga?
Postural Yoga is a completely unique form of yoga that has grown out of the pillars of Yoga & Postural Therapy. "Postural" means posture and is a form of training where, through simple exercises, you activate the posture system that should naturally raise the body - by itself and without you thinking about it.
The goal? A flexible, light and relaxed body that also feels strong and stable.
