Here’s a look at a Yamaha FG-331 Taiwan with the neck pulled. This was featured in this week’s Woodford video.
The factory glue was a green colored epoxy!
In a upcoming video I’ll strip the lacquer from a 1960’s Gibson EB-2 bass. The finish is up to .052” / 1.32 mm in areas. That’s some pretty thick sheit. 😃
