His creative visual mind is rooted in Scandinavia and her nature; echoing the timeless northern spirit for exploration and bridging to ethereal realms. Invoking the sagas of old, adventures of ancestors sailing across unknown seas - Torulf weaves esoteric meanings into his musical voyages.
Being shaped by his own travels, kindled by an awakening in Nordic spirituality and ancestral beliefs, and impassioned by northern stories of old - Torulf is channelling his life into music; through tribal rhythms, delicate melodies, and mesmeric atmospheres. Torulf combines modern and ancient ways, lyrics of Swedish and Old Norse mingling, bringing together electronic and folk instruments.
