Sorry I have pretty much dried up. Havent talked about this in 5 years but my dads cancer has spread to his bones and I can't really put on a smile and make content like usual

As many of you know, the last few months I have been struggling with my physical and mental health. A vicious cycle of not feeling well, insomnia, trying to keep up with streaming and content creation, all this leading to a pretty bad bout of depression.
After sinus surgery in January to ease my aerosinusitus, so Badger and I could travel the world without me being in excruciating pain during flights. After our trip to Canada in March and then Germany in April I have been left with constant vertigo like symptoms (dizziness and nausea). I've seen a private consultant who called my condition Vestibular Migraine. I have tried various medications, some easing the symptoms but nothing eradicating it completely.
Some days are worse than others, some I feel vaguely normal, others I can't even stand up straight or walk without lurching into walls. My head is doing a constant internal spin. Imagine lying in bed blind drunk, the room spinning and not being able to decipher which direction is up, is the closest comparison I can make for you guys to understand when it's at it's most severe. Seems like a cruel irony that I had the procedure done originally to travel more and due to this I've cancelled holidays and couldn't even fly out for my Dad's wedding.
Right now I'm trying so hard to keep things together. I appreciate you all so much, your unfaltering love and support over the years has been mind blowing. I honestly cannot thank you enough, you keep me going and you keep me fighting. I know I've already taken a week off streaming but going forward I'm going to look into breaking out of the very set streaming schedule.
Youtube content will still be going up at the same pace and I will stream when I feel up to it (mostly dependant on if I've slept at all). Hopefully removing time constraints and therefore some of the stress will be beneficial to my becoming more human again in the long term. Those of you who frequent my streams know a lot of this but I wanted to put it all together in one statement so everyone knows what is going on right now. I'm so sorry for being unreliable lately, but hopefully with these changes and seeking further medical advice, things will start to improve and we can go full murder boner instead of just a semi... I will be making content on the PTB (Twitch and Youtube) so make sure your notifications are on and join the discord for updates.
I'm sorry I can't give you more consistency right now but it's come to the point where I have to take care of myself better before I completely lose my mind. I genuinely appreciate every single one of you and thank you for reading my ramblings if you got this far
