Hi, I'm Deb and welcome to my kitchen!
Great Cooking Made Easy is not just a tagline. It's what I had to do as a mom of 4 and step-mom of 2 "Bonus Kids" (now I'm a grandmother of 4!). I had to put great, nutritious food on the table (fast food for 8 wasn't gonna happen) and it had to be simple, if not downright easy, to do.
My recipes, tutorials & tips are simple & effective and I provide easy-to-follow directions that won't leave you lost!
You won't find techniques that take years to master. By necessity, I used only what worked well & what worked "right now." I had no time (or patience) to develop chef-level skills.
All of my recipes have been tested in my own kitchen & at my own table (my family are my "tasters") & then fine-tuned to give you the best possible results for your family.
I believe that family is built at the dinner table and if you feed them great meals, they will come. It's my hope that you'll find my videos helpful, easy to follow, and DELICIOUS!
