My name is Pawel. I'm a music producer and holistic health enthusiast. I'm mostly known by my musical nickname as Touek and I'm a content creator behind a youtube channel "Breathwork Beats by Touek" where throughout a period of three years I've created over 100 music journeys for different breathing practices and worked with multiple breathwork facilitators, yoga practitioners and content creators to help them to create their own customized music for their unique practices.
