One of the biggest downsides to cutting and getting lean is definitely feeling smaller.
Sometimes it rlly just gets to me honestly where I feel like "bro i don't even wanna wear a tank today" ππ But then I have workouts like yesterday where I feel big asf. I basically wanted to make this to say if you feel insecure, know it's likely in your head and it affects everyone at all stages in their life/fitness journey. As long as you take steps towards progress, it's likely in just a few days or weeks you'll be thinking the complete opposite!
Also, this new lat row machine that this gym got was pretty killer ngl (story vid on my IG! go follow) π
