Hello Friends!! 🌟 Happy Friday! I hope you all had an amazing week and are ready to dive into Labor Day weekend! 🎉
This week, our latest video takes you on a fabulous Food Tour through Buenos Aires, Argentina. 🇦🇷✨ There are so many incredible spots to discover in Buenos Aires, and if you're planning a trip, we've got you covered with the best places to eat—no need to stress about researching, we've done the work for you!

But while the video we released is set in Buenos Aires, we were actually in Lima, Peru! 🇵🇪📹 (Editing takes a bit of time!)

We celebrated my Father-in-Law’s 90th birthday! 🎂🎈 He’s absolutely the cutest, and we also filmed a delightful food tour in Miraflores that will be out in a few weeks. Keep an eye out for that.

More delicious adventures and fun are coming your way soon, but for now, I just wanted to wish you all a fantastic weekend! 🌟💃

Cheers! 🥂

Hey Friends!!

I’ll be the first to admit, I’m no chef or baker. However, with my husband feeling under the weather, I wanted to lift his spirits yesterday. That’s when my friend Jessica shared an incredibly delicious recipe with me. I was so happy with the way they turned out.

I made a short video on my social www.instagram.com/p/C-aA_uOsSb5/?hl=en if you feel like watching me try this recipe in my kitchen.

The recipe was super easy so I wanted to share it with you.

Strawberry Cookie Recipe

Ingredients
* 1 large egg
* 2 tablespoons lemon juice
* ½ cup oil (vegetable, coconut, light olive oil or melted butter)
* ½ teaspoon vanilla
* ½ cup + 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
* 1¾ cups all purpose flour
* 1½ teaspoons baking powder
* 1 cup chopped strawberries

Instructions
* Pre-heat oven to 350F (180C) line 1 or 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
* In a large bowl whisk together the egg, juice, oil, vanilla and sugar, until well combined.
* Add flour and baking powder and mix until combined, gently mix in the chopped strawberries just until combined.  Form into balls (approximately the size of a golf ball.  Place on prepared cookie sheets, sprinkle with a little granulated sugar and bake for approximately 15 minutes.  Let cool completely and enjoy! Dust with powdered sugar before serving if desired.

How to store the strawberry cookies

Store the completely cooled cookies in an airtight container or bag, they will keep for up to 3 days at room temperature or up to a week in the fridge.

Enjoy!!

Have you been loving the Summer Olympics in Paris?? Me too! 🥳

GASP! Have you heard? People Magazine is reporting that Serena Williams and her family were denied access to The Peninsula Paris Restaurant. 😱

Should the fully booked restaurant have made space ?? 🤔

Give me your opinions and leave your comments below!!! 💬✨

🚀 I posted a community survey asking about everyone’s summer travel plans, and guess what? Almost 40% of you are heading to Athens, Greece! 🌟

Athens is one of my all-time favorite places. Although I didn’t make it there this year, I’m eager to return soon. The food scene in Athens is absolutely incredible! My top three must-visit spots are To Mavro Provato (Black Sheep), Fine Mess Smokehouse, and KOUTOUKI / Tavern Tou Thoma. Trust me, you won’t regret checking out any of these places!

🍴 Athens is packed with amazing places to eat. If you want more recommendations, don’t miss my “Great Eats in Athens, Greece” video! 📺

Bon appétit and happy travels! ✈️🧳

Hello Friends! In May, I visited Helsinki, Finland. It was my first time in Finland, and I had no idea what to expect. I'm excited to finally share the first of two videos from my culinary adventure, where I explore the foods you MUST try when visiting Helsinki! 🥳 I've NEVER had traditional Finnish dishes before, so this will be my first time trying reindeer, elk, and vendace. 🦌🐟 I'm thrilled to share these authentic and delicious experiences with you.

We've already received some great comments and tips on what to eat and drink, so if you're planning a trip to Helsinki, check out the comment as well. This is why I love sharing these experiences—besides discovering new places through travel and food, I get to hear from locals who really know.

The next video will be a Food Tour of Helsinki. If you didn't know Helsinki is a Foodie City... just wait!

This week we have been in Buenos Aires, Argentina! 🇦🇷✨ It's a perfect 50 degrees—ideal for escaping the scorching sun of South Florida! ☀️ We enjoyed Buenos Aires two years ago when we first started this channel, so we felt it was time to return and do it again. I’m so glad we did. The city and the temperatures are amazing, but the food is outstanding. Some highlights include homemade pasta from La Alacena Trattoria, mollejas con leche de tigre, blood sausage from El Preferido de Palermo, and steaks from Don Julio. I can’t wait to share more great places to enjoy here in Buenos Aires in the upcoming weeks. 😊🍽️

🌟 Hello Friends!! 🌟

I know it’s been a little longer than normal since my last video. I’m happy to share that I'm no longer the only one doing the editing! 🙌 Thank you so much to everyone who has stood by me this long – your support means the world! 🌎 I don’t have a background in editing and over the last two years, I’ve learned as I went (like with everything else). 🎥

Exciting news: This is our first (of hopefully many more) video from our new editing team! 🎉

This week, I’m sharing our Layover in London 🏙️🇬🇧 As always with the Layover videos, I share the good, bad, and ugly of travel. However, London was pretty great – amazing sites AND delicious food! 😋🍴 I invite you to check it out and join me on this mini-adventure! ✈️

Watch now and let me know what you think in the comments! 💬👇
