I used to want to help everybody. I was very community minded ever since a child. I took sayings like "Treat people the same way you want to be treated" seriously and for the longest time I was that guy.
I would sacrifice for others.
Give free game/knowledge.
Pass out food for the homeless (using my own money)
I gave out candy/gifts to singles on valentines day
Bought flowers to give out to randoms.
a lot of others things too
I was young and naĆÆve.
I don't regret anything that I've done to help others, but my world view was built on a fantasy and not reality.
Everyone who has ever stolen from me were usually people I've helped.
The girl I loved with all my heart did me dirty and crossed me.
The "friends" I thought I had, always came with hidden strings that reveal themselves when money, women, power, social status, etc... was involved.
These events didn't match my world view, and so I was always left confused. I was confused because society taught me one thing, yet did the opposite.
People would appear one way, but behind closed doors they were completely different.
My foundation was built on lies.
Much of my youth was focused on unlearning & relearning.
Unlearning that people always want the best for you
Unlearning that women are sugar, spice and everything nice
Unlearning that the people closest to you are always on your side.
The reality is much different.
People want the best for themselves and don't mind sacrificing you to make it so.
Women are capable of the most evil things just like anyone else.
People closest to you can be actively sabotaging you so you don't grow past them.
Enter manhood.
Manhood taught me the game of nature.
Nature is at the root of everyone's existence and everything else is built on top of that.
The Big 3:
You need money.
You need power.
You need relationships.
When you're new, you may reject it, because you don't know any better and there are people out here trying to convince you (limit their competition) that you don't need that, and what you really need is some intangible thing that won't provide, protect, or make a way for you and the people closest to you.
Even if you think or aspire to be a "good" person... you still need the things I listed above, because whatever vision you're creating for yourself - you're going to need the big 3 to protect your own slice of heaven.
That being said, when you take a look at the actions you take daily.
Are they helping you get those things?
The world isn't all evil, but that doesn't mean that evil doesn't exist.
You're a man now, no more hiding.
Get prepared to fight back and do what you have to do.
Let's go.

You'll have good days and you'll have bad days. Those days don't matter, what matters is who you are during each.
On good days, are you on point or more relaxed since things have been going well. and on bad days, do you push harder or do you quit because "it's already bad, so why does it matter?" This is where you understand that emotions, whether positive or negative, will affect you.
It's up to you to try your best anyway. Don't get lost in the sea of emotions.
Get locked in on the daily actions that will yield results.

35 minutes steady state cardio (zone 2) run completed
Also hit legs
In the group Iām forming, youāre going to have to let us know what you have completed for the day. You can tell us when you finish or at the end of the day.
What that will do is hold you accountable, itāll also show you whoās putting in the work every day. I did this with the last group and it worked wonders for everyone involved.
It keeps you fired up and serves as a reminder to get after it if youāve been slacking off.
Have you worked out yet? What have you done today?

Most guys will be stuck at the stage of āthinkingā about taking action.
So when you finally take action and get results, it will change everything. However, taking some action and getting results will have you believe that you āmade itā and while that can be true⦠you have to understand that you made it to the action taking stage.
When youāre at the action taking stage, you start to see other action takers and realize (quickly) where you stand. It motivates me to know there is a whole other level to taking action and I believe Iām capable.
What stage are you at? Thinking of taking action or Taking action at low/average level?
