I'm FINALLY catching up on comments and I just had something to say.
Seriously, *thank you* to everyone who takes the time to leave a comment. To leave a compliment and/or how the video made you feel. They all mean so much. Even though I'm only now replying to most of them (the older ones), I see them all and cherish them. The reason why I'm even replying so late is not because I don't care, but the opposite (make it make sense lol). It's that I care SO much and I blank on what to say, or worry I've said thank you too much, or am just so flattered I become SHY LOL

You might've noticed already lol but I've changed my channel name to PYJAMACRYPTID!
This decision has been a long time coming. I wanted my youtube channel to match the rest of my creative accounts because having two main usernames can be pretty misleading!
I've been pyjamacryptid longer than I've been bluemoon so the choice was a no-brainer.
Everything else is going to remain as it was! I'll still be posting and doing my usual shenanigans lol - it'll all just be under a different name!

hey everyone!
I know, I know, so much activity after months of nothing! who am I? well, Iāll get back to you on that big, philosophical question - but first!
Iāve begun to edit some stream highlights for my wonderful friend Kit aka @goldpleated on both Twitch and YouTube! Specifically for Legally Bald, aka Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, which airs Fridays on Twitch at 6PM CST. Kit plays Phoenix Wright, alongside a cast of friends who assist in voicing the various characters - including myself, actually! (I voice Edgeworth lol, I get very poncy)
Kit has just posted the compilation I edited of our first Legally Bald stream to their channel. How is everyone? Iām sorry I disappeared on you all!
āØāØ[TD;LR - had a mini burn-out, but still keen to edit and post videos! Both for cql & others. Likely wonāt be soon bc Iām also doing art & 2nd semester of uni started recently. Would you still be interested in more cql ā___ for x minsā vids from me, even tho there are a lot of them now? Not self-deprecating, just curious & worried about potential idea overlap. Thank you for 7k subs!!] āØ
There were a lot of personal stresses (and the whole 2020 thing perhaps), but I think it's safe to say I experienced a mini burn out lol. And, idk, you might think āwdym youāve only posted like 7 vidsā WELL lemme tell you I have like 9 WIPs, and a List of Ideasā¢ (last time I counted I think it was at like 30?? And that was just for cql lmao) and - despite my best efforts - i put a lot of pressure on myself and got overwhelmed.
(also, i said it before, but I want to thank you all again for those nice things you said in the replies to my last update post, about taking my time and that this is not an obligation, it meant a lot!)
Thankfully, I started drawing again! Which makes me really happy bc i hadn't done it in years and missed it a lot (also suffered a burn out lmao) However, I want you all to know, I'm not done editing (*ā¢Ģį“ā¢Ģ*)Ł ĢĢāØāØI canāt promise I'll publish anything soon - that any of my video ideas will be completed soon lol - as uni recently started back for me and my adhd brain is very focused on the art side of my interests, but I'm keen!
I still have so many ideas in the works, both the usual ones, but also ideas for character study edits, and ānarrative studyā edits (uhh, yknow the ones that focus on themes etc, the story at large? idk what to call them). I also have ā___ for x minutesā ideas for stuff outside of cql, too.
Just for curiosity's sake and to hear what you think, would you all still be interested in seeing "____for x mins" cql vids from me?
Tbh, I'm a tad worried about potentially overlapping in ideas with other content creators, as I've seen there's been an increase in these style of cql vids since my absence. Which is amazing btw!! I mean, one of the reasons I even started making my videos in the first place was because I wasnāt able to find the kind of cql videos I wanted to watch and now there's so many lol XD

Actually, what prompted me to post this was that I hit 7k subs some time ago and I recently saw my lwj video had hit 500k views (cue: me buffering bc wtf >:0). Itās amazing - to me anyway haha - especially when I havenāt published anything new in months.
I just really want to thank you all for liking my content and sticking with my channel, even though Iāve been absent for a while. Iād only ever been active in fandom a minimal amount before this. I was too shy to interact or post anything of my own before (except for little bits here and there lol). You all made me feel very welcome and appreciated, so, thank you so much. Iām really glad you all enjoy my videos and that, hopefully, theyāve made you laugh!

Thank you everyone for your thoughts and for being so nice! Ngl your thoughts truly helped me out a lot and made me feel more at ease - Iāve been mulling over what the right thing to do is for a long while.
I agree that the term is more or less being reused by the community, and that it is - also more or less - becoming its own meaning separate from the (awful and bullshit) legal strategy. Hell yeah.
Despite this, I still want to rename the video. While a lot of us are ok with it - which is great, i respect that, and Iām glad that this means I havenāt negatively affected too many of you - I donāt want to risk hurting/offending someone or making someone uncomfortable that might come across my video. Iād loathe to do that. āGay panicā is still in the video itself and Iām considering leaving the thumbnail (???) so the term wonāt be completely removed from the video, just the title.
Some of you suggested I run a poll, which is a great idea, so I guess vote which replacement title sounds better to you! Only the best shall win next top model
