A delicious little treat for going to my cardiologist appt and doing so good! NO MEDICATIONS! You guys, Iām officially off all my medications from that wild ride since May! Yay!

I spent all week prepping and filming a high protein low sugar cheesecake recipe video and it didnāt turn out and Iām sad.
Iām an emotional eater but Iām trying to make healthier options, so imma snack on some of this and not feel guilty about it because sometimes life is hard and this couldāve easily been pizza and beer and ice cream and cookies and fast food and whiskey and cigarettes and all the terrible thingsā¦.
