Sometimes called A/B testing, this feature lets you test up to 3 different thumbnails and uses data to help pick a winner 🥇
We've heard all of your feedback and know how excited you are to get your hands on this feature! We're in the process of rolling this out to creators with access to advanced features and we expect creators to have access in the coming weeks ✨

To make it easier for you to decide what to dream up and share next, we’re experimenting with a feature that uses AI to surface content inspiration
If you’re a creator in one of the groups this feature is rolling out to and you navigate to Studio > Analytics > Inspiration on desktop, you’ll see ideas for content you could create to share on YouTube 🤯
This experimental tool aims to help you brainstorm ideas, understand your audience better, and build videos faster by generating ideas for:
1️⃣ What kinds of content and topics your viewers want to see more of, via a feed of what they’re searching for
2️⃣ Fresh angles for creative content you haven’t made in the past and could explore creating
3️⃣ Outlines and talking points to jumpstart your creative process
This experimental content inspiration tool is rolling out to EN-language creators in all regions apart from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and India. We’ll keep you updated on our expansion plans 👀
🎉 Posts are rolling out to more creators than ever before!! 🎉
We're so excited to announce that we’re starting to roll out posts access to all eligible channels TODAY and over the coming weeks. While posts will become available to most channels on YouTube, there are some cases where the feature will continue to be turned off as it has been historically:
✅ Channels that are set as Made for Kids
✅ Folks who access YouTube with a supervised account
✅ More details can be found in our Help Center: yt.be/help/postsGA
Once you have access, get the post party on your channel started by:
1️⃣ Tapping the “+” button in the YouTube mobile app or the 🎥 ”Create” > 📝 “Create post” button on desktop to draft a post
2️⃣ Play around with different format options - we have polls, quizzes, GIFs, text, images, and video posts!
3️⃣ Share a post with your audience and watch the connection between you and your viewers deepen

Last November, we rolled out a new, easy way to view payment information right in YouTube Studio and today we're expanding this feature to creators in ALL currencies 💸!!
This means that you no longer have to go into AdSense for YouTube to view things such as payment history, payment breakdowns, or progress towards your next payment
Initially this was only available for creators with one channel earning in USD, so we're really happy to expand the feature to everyone 🌎
This will roll out gradually over the next couple of weeks, so if you don’t see it yet, don’t worry! It’s coming soon. More info here: yt.be/help/payment
Starting today, we’re rolling out timestamp feedback for yellow icon monetization appeals submitted by creators who use the Self-Certification process!
If your video receives a yellow icon and you request a human review, your appeal response may now include timestamps of where in the video issues appeared and/or a note indicating if the issue was with your title or thumbnail
A few things to note for monetizing creators:
✅ These timestamps will only appear if you used Self Certification during the web upload flow & these timestamps are not exhaustive
✅ The additional context is to help you better understand where our experts found policy violations in your content
✅ Even with this change, you're not able to make edits and resubmit for another appeal
This update is rolling out gradually over the next couple of months. We know it's been a top creator request, so we hope this change helps creators avoid monetization policy violations in the future 😊
Calling all Shopping creators!! Today we’re introducing new features to make it easier for fans to shop your favorite products and for you to earn from YouTube Shopping
✨ Use Shopping Collections to create your own boutique store on YouTube! Collections can feature products from your own line, and if you’re in the affiliate program, products from other brands too. They will surface in your product list, Store tab, and video description, and are coming to the home tab of your channel page soon!
💸 If you’re an affiliate enrolled creator in the U.S., check out Studio’s Affiliate Hub to find commission rates, promo codes, the latest list of sellers, and even request product samples from top brands
⚡️Tag your own products and merch across your video library using the bulk tagging feature
🛍️ We've added Fourthwall to our growing list of integrated platforms to make it easier for you to create and link your store in directly YouTube Studio
We're beginning to roll out a new tool that will require creators to share when the content you're uploading is meaningfully altered or synthetically generated and seems realistic. It will be required to disclose this info when a viewer could easily mistake what’s being shown with a real person, place, or event
GenAI is transforming creativity on YouTube, so we need to transform the ways we're maintaining a transparent and healthy ecosystem for you all as creators AND our viewers ❤️ Adding these labels will go a long way to increase transparency with viewers and build trust between creators and their audiences
This new tool will live in the existing upload flow, making it easy for you to add this disclosure. To be clear, this will not be required for every single piece of content you post. Examples of what creators are and are not required to disclose + more info on this update can be found in our Help Center: yt.be/help/labels

Shorts creators: Collab is fully launched on Android and iOS!! Now, in addition to remixing with Green Screen and Cut, you can use Collab to record a Short in a side-by-side / split-screen format with eligible long-form videos and Shorts 📹
Try out this fun and easy way to interact, react, and collaborate with eligible YouTube videos today:
1. Go to the watch page of the Short or long-form video that you want to remix
2. Click the ‘Remix’ icon and select ‘Collab’
3. Choose up to 60 seconds of video to sample
4. Choose from different layout options that fit with your creative vision
5. Record your Short alongside the original video (they’ll play at the same time!)

We’re rolling out a new posts-only feed on mobile!!
✨ We know Community posts are becoming an increasingly popular way for you to communicate with your audiences and we love all the images, polls, and quizzes we see shared on your channels
👀 We’ve also heard that a lot of viewers have been looking for a way to discover more Community posts
✏️ SO, we built the posts-only feed for Android and iOS mobile devices - which will provide more opportunities for viewers to engage with posts you share on your Community tabs
🫶 Viewers can access the posts-only feed from their Home feed by clicking the “View all posts” button that will appear on some Community posts
We’ve been experimenting with this feature for a few months now and we’ve heard great feedback, so we’re excited to roll it out to more members of the YouTube Community 🎊
