Hey y’all! I have had so many of you guy’s reach out to me (since yesterday’s video) telling me how much you guys really miss my meal prep videos and even if I did a small one that would help you guy’s stay motivated. I knew you guys really liked them but I didn’t realize it was that much. Lol! So I have been thinking and honestly there isn’t any reason why I should be cooking and not sharing with you guys. 😂😂😂 Also, it may help motivate my family to at least eat lower carb. Do you want me to bring back meal prep videos and record everything that I make for the week? Some weeks the meal prep videos may only be around four different recipes.
