Cervical Spondylosis – A Common Neck Problem You Shouldn’t Ignore!

📍 Do you often feel stiffness or pain in your neck, especially after sitting for long hours or using your phone?
This could be more than just “muscle strain” – it might be Cervical Spondylosis (age-related wear and tear of the cervical spine).

✅ What is it?
Cervical Spondylosis is degeneration of the discs and joints in your neck due to aging, posture, or lifestyle factors. It’s very common after the age of 40.

✅ Common Symptoms:
• Persistent neck pain & stiffness
• Pain radiating to shoulders or arms
• Tingling / numbness in hands & fingers
• Headaches starting from the back of the head
• Dizziness in some cases

✅ Causes / Risk Factors:
• Poor posture (long hours at desk / mobile use)
• Sedentary lifestyle
• Previous neck injuries
• Aging (natural wear & tear)

✅ Management & Prevention Tips:
🔹 Maintain good posture while sitting & working
🔹 Use ergonomic chairs and support your neck
