The Renaissance philosopher Michel de Montaigne reminds us that a meaningful life is measured by purpose, connection, and impact.

Whether we're seeking knowledge, community, or positive change, each day holds the potential for so much meaning.

How will you use your time this week to add value to your life and the lives of those around you?

We’re thrilled to announce that Anne Marie Tapp has enrolled as a humanist chaplain with the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), making history as the second military humanist chaplain in Canada! 🎉🥳

Anne Marie joins her Royal Canadian Air Force humanist colleague, Marie-Claire Khadij, marking an incredible milestone with now two military humanist chaplains in the Americas!

Her journey has been extraordinary, rooted in a passion for intersectional feminism, science, and human dignity. From teaching to pursuing a master’s in spiritual care, Anne Marie has made a profound impact, and we're so proud to support her on this path. Congratulations, Anne Marie!

We love to see Canada making positive environmental strides! 🌿

The inclusion of this 133,000 square kilometre patch of ocean brings Fisheries and Oceans Canada closer towards their goal of conserving 30% of the country’s oceans by 2030 🌊💕

What are your thoughts on this conservation effort? And what other initiatives and policies can Canada implement to protect its oceans?

Humanism’s philanthropic values unite us all 🌎💕

Humanism encourages us to approach life with both reason and logic by making decisions that are thoughtful and informed. Compassion is equally as important, however! 💗 It ensures that our actions and choices are guided by empathy and kindness.
