The BIG video I've been working on for the last few months has been fully written, researched and recorded. Now in the editing phase. This will be by far my biggest, longest, and (hopefully?) best video to date. It's a story I've been wanting to tell for a long time, and I refuse to tell it unless I can do it justice.
Here's a screenshot from the raw recording. There's a clue about the subject matter here... you can probably guess by now.
The last video game Mitsuharu Misawa ever played was very likely āSuper Robot Warsā.
Kotaro Suzuki was packing up Misawaās hotel room after his death, and found it still in his Gameboy Advance.
Mitsuharu Misawa playing his Gameboy.
Misawa loved video games, had a Gameboy Advance and DS. Apparently his his favourite games were:
Super Mario Bros.
Momotaro Dentetsu
Ganbare Goemon! Karakuri Dochu
Dragon Quest
Final Fantasy
Fire Emblem
R-TYPE
PokƩmon Mystery Dungeon
Super Robot Taisen
The Misawa-Kawada rivalry gets talked about a lot by fans today. And thereās good reason for that.
But for me personally, Misawa-Kobashi in All Japan produced the best in-ring work. Their late 90s singles matches are peak pro wrestling. These two together were magic.
What are you favorite wrestler pairings/programs?
Researching, tape watching and script writing for the video Iām dropping in Juneā¦ and Iām gaining a newfound appreciation for this man. What are your thoughts on Jumbo Tsuruta?
Happy Birthday to the late, great Terry Gordy. A monster gaijin in All Japan Pro Wrestling, Triple Crown Champion and one half of the Miracle Violence Connection.
Iām starting the scripting process on a video Iāve wanted to make for years. Iām excited. And a little scared honestly.
The subject is one Iām truly passionate about. It will be released in June.
Any guesses?
This is me 10 years ago at Wrestlemania 30.
I wasnāt then and am not currently particularly into the WWE product, but traveling to new cities, seeing the sights, partying with friends and using wrestling as my excuse to do so was fun.
And there's something undeniably exciting about the Big One. Did you watch Mania this weekend?
