My name is Ashley KANIAH. I'm a Barrister. I have always been passionate about sports in general and in 2013 coming from a Basketball / Handball / Football background, I was introduced to Bodybuilding Contest Preparation by my dad (the basic cardio - diet prep). Placing Top 7 in 2013, I came back in 2014 and won the Mr North Regional. Since then I won that Mr North title back to back from 2014 to 2017 (4 years in a row) without being dethroned. My diet has always been a trial and error method with no proper coaching. I believe in a more Classic Aesthetic Physique rather than bulky bodybuilding physique. Over the years I have progressed from 88kgs (2014) to a maximum of 105kgs (2017) at a height of 6 ft. I aspire to earn my IFBB Pro Card.
