It's been too long since there was a new video on this channel. There are a few reasons but I reveal the biggest one in this short video :-)

Hi everyone!
What times are we living through? I hope you are all safe and healthy!
I was not sure if it is a good time to make videos. I decided that it actually might be the best time because we are all bored at home and need something sweet to look at more than ever.
Of course, I can't go out and make new videos, but luckily I have some great content from the last year that I haven't edited yet.
So, stay tuned, it is coming!
And, of course, stay at home!

Happy Pancake Day!
I went today for lunch to one of my favourite pancake places in London. The Breakfast Club. I made a video there last year and their pancakes are still as EPIC as ever ð
I ordered pancakes with bacon and eggs this time but don't worry I drowned them in the maple syrup ð
What about you? Did you have some or are you planning to have some pancakes today?

Happy New Year!
I hope you had an amazing Christmas and are full of energy for 2020! Do you go crazy during Christmas like Kevin or me? What is your must-have Christmas dessert which you just had to have and is worth all the regretting later on? :-)

The most difficult part about this YouTube channel is that there is always MORE to share with you. We are in Seoul at the moment and the desserts in here are just amazing!
However, I promised my wife 'no videos this time, only family'. But the struggle is real ð

Hi everyone. It's been a while since I uploaded the last video. The thing is, I have a lot of content, but I just couldn't find enough time. What a lame excuse, I know.ðĨī
We are in Lisbon now trying some fantastic desserts.ðĪŠ It was quite a story to get here. We had to cancel the first few days of the trip because my wife didn't feel well (she is ok now), then we had 3+ hours delay, there was the British Airways pilot strike planned, so our return flight has been canceled...
At some point, I thought we just wouldn't make it at all. But now we are here, and this was absolutely worth the effort!ðð

It was a busy weekend. Another amazing afternoon tea (video soon) and then London Dessert Festival. After the London Coffee Festival this became another must visit festival in London ðĪŠ
I met a few great dessert makers and the list of videos I want to make just got longer ðĨð°
Have a great start of the week. Ideally with some cake.

Hi everyone. You might have noticed that I usually say "and now it's time to go to the gym" at the end of the videos. I wish I could only eat sweets, but that's not how it works in life ð
I go to the gym at least three to four times per week. Normally, at the opening time at 6:30 am.ðŠ
The biggest struggle is to wake up my wife so she can join me ðð
Have a great day!

I am working really hard on editing the video from the Broadway market in London. There are so many amazing dessert stalls there that I had to go there three times (I learned my lesson from the Borough Market video where I tried everything in just one day ðĨī).
A small teaser. Gluten-free Salted Caramel & Peanut Butter cookie pie. Have a great day!ð

We went to the Milk Train in London for some instagramable ice cream for the video I am making and it was a wild experience.
I like the concept. They created something which definitely looks fancy and the taste, although not being the best I had in London, is very good. Notably, the combinations like salted popcorn/caramel or Oreo/Cookies are flavors which are proven by years already, and I enjoyed it a lot.
The sugar cloud brought a lot of childhood memories. However, in my age, it's really more just for looks than for eating :D
Is this something you would go for?

Hey, it's Steve.
My goal is to create an ultimate guide to the world of desserts.
I am a massive enthusiast of everything sweet for over thirty years now. A few years ago, I started a YouTube channel called Time To Dessert, where I review cafes, bakeries, patisseries, and pretty much every possible place that offers some delicious desserts, mostly in London but also from our (with my wife) travels around the world.
All the reviews are highly subjective, and I am committed to honesty and transparency. I believe that eating too much sugar is not good. But what a life it would be if we couldn't indulge in some delicious desserts? I don't even want to imagine that.
I think the solution to this problem is: 'quality over quantity'. And I hope that my work will help you to pick only the best desserts out there!
