My name is Kasondra and I'm a Believer, Wife, Mother, Memaw, Sister, and Friend. I have a passion to help other's help themselves. I have battled a few health issues in my past which has lead me to make some lifestyle changes. I have learned through this journey that our bodies will heal itself by eating a clean plant based diet. I love being creative in my kitchen by turning plants into traditional foods most people enjoy without using the animal flesh typically used to make these dishes.
