Thanks for all for the support on the live stream the other day. So first video back will be a tool I’ve been meaning to make for a while and that is a carriage stop. Once I’ve finished playing on CAD and printing prototypes I can start machining but until then enjoy a photo of one of the designs.

Hi everyone long time no chat. Sorry I have been absent last several months life has been very manic. I will be doing a live stream in the workshop Monday morning at 9am to discuss what’s been going on and moving forward what the upload schedule might look like. Hope to see you all on the stream. 🤙🏼

Thank you so much to everyone that has supported the channel over the last couple of years, helping to get it to where it is now. With the larger workshop and vast array of tools and machinery i have collected since starting, I’m hoping the content is still enjoyable and brings an insight into how a self taught machinist operates. Here’s to the next 5000 Subs.

Watch out for this weeks video as I design and test some tool holders for the mini lathe. It’s going to be interesting to see how these 3 different materials perform when cutting 6061.

Been playing with the 3D printer again today. I now have a removable chip guard for those messy jobs.
