Just posted an interview with Wildflower Triathlon race director Colleen Bousman. "The One and Only" - as it is often called - is legendary. The stairs at Lake San Antonio show all the race's champions over the years since its start in 1983.

We've reached Number 1 on my 2023 Year in Review countdown of my top ten favorite interviews of the year. After four times chatting with Lucy Charles-Barclay on the day after the Ironman World Championship about her 2nd place finish, 2023 was the year that Lucy reached the top step and was crowned the Ironman World Champion. Our post-race conversation on Breakfast with Bob from Kona Championship Edition was my favorite interview of the year.
