Each video will have a link to a public, view-only Google Document with a detailed list of ingredients, materials, and step-by-step recipe. This is meant to be accompanied by the video so you have a visual depiction of the recipe with you. Don't hesitate to comment with questions!
Indian cooking is difficult and takes a long time to master, but do not be discouraged! You'll surely get there and develop your own style along the way. Please note that for many of the ingredients and materials you may need to cook proper Indian food, you'll need to go to your local Indian grocery store.
