A lot of you people commented on my short video "CLAP PUSHUP CHALLENGE" that it was not done correctly. My sincere apologies to all of you for not completing the challenge with proper technique. But words mean nothing unless they are backed by the necessary action . So I will be posting the challenge again and properly this time.
