Crazy to think I made it into their doors and documented the insanity just before this announcement.
I actually think this is a shame since they had 2 years to āuse our feedback to improve our experienceā and didnāt improve at all.
The community has spoken long before Jotey stepped in (as referenced in their slew of scathing reviews)
They were stubbornly resistant to any change that would show they actual care about the community and the food they serve to them.
I definitely donāt think my video was any sort of a āfinal blowā but even if somehow it did affect this decision, I would argue it was an inevitable outcome of the way theyāve operated over the past 2 years.
Put in little effort & disrespect your customers =
