MITCHELL KRIEGMAN has been published in The New Yorker, The National Lampoon, New York Press, Glamour, and Harper’s Bazaar. Winner of four Emmy Awards, the Director’s Guild Award and many others, Kriegman was the creator of the classic groundbreaking television series Clarissa Explains It All as well as executive story editor on Ren and Stimpy, Rugrats and Doug. He was also a writer and filmmaker for Saturday Night Live. For little kids and their parents he created the Disney Classic Bear in the Big Blue House, Elmo in Grouchland and It's A Big Big World. He has won numerous awards for his version of Milne’s Winnie the Pooh, The Book of Pooh, also on the Disney Channel.
