“I’ll deal with it later”...is one of the lies I used to tell myself.

But waiting rarely makes the tension disappear.
Release the Grip closes today at noon, and if something in you has been craving peace, presence, or just a deep exhale — now’s the time.

This is your reminder that rest is not a reward for finishing everything.
It’s how you come home to yourself before the chaos begins.

❌Wellness isn’t just for the people with endless time or energy.

I created Release the Grip because sometimes, even as teachers and healers, we forget to care for ourselves.

This workshop offers three pricing options so it’s accessible to every body — whether you’re seeking calm, clarity, or just one moment of stillness for yourself.

If you’ve been carrying too much, this is your space to set it down.
Available until November 5th at noon EST.

We spend so much time trying to “correct” ourselves. Our posture, our weight, our appearance, our so-called flaws.

But what if your body wasn’t something that needed to be fixed?

What if your body has been telling you all along what it needs…you just haven't learned its language yet?

This is why I love somatic yoga.

It’s not about forcing your body into perfect alignment or chasing the “right” shape.
It’s about using movement as a healing tool to release tension, regulate your nervous system, and rebuild trust with yourself.

When you start listening, you realize your body already knows the way forward.
It just needed you to tune in.

Yoga was never meant to be a performance or a competition, but it's okay if it has felt like that in the past.

It’s not about perfect poses, touching your toes, or getting it “right.”

It’s about creating a space where you can slow down, listen to your body, and meet yourself exactly where you are without judgment.

On some days, that might mean strength and multiple chaturangas.

On others, it’s lying in savasana a little longer because that’s what you need.

Either way, it’s still yoga.

And it's enough because it's what you needed.
