I noticed I haven’t been posting as much as I thought I would… the truth is, the perfectionist in me has been holding me back. I’ve often left like I don’t have any “content” to share, but I’ve come to realise that this is a journey and not a sprint 🏃🏿. It WILL take me some time (years) to get to my dream state and that’s ok. I’m taking the pressure off myself to have everything sorted immediately. So, sit back and enjoy the journey with me step by step ✨🫶🏿
