In this lesson, we'll do the tie downs. Tie downs are basically a cleaner version of the rough animation.
It's still a sketch, and it's by no means the final product yet. The purpose of the tie down is to make the sketch more closer to the design.
We can still make mistakes at this point and if we spot the mistakes we'll just correct them.
We'll discuss more of this in the lesson. Join our membership to start your animation journey. We promise that our lessons are beginner-friendly 😉 We always hear from our students that they thought they'd never understand animation or wouldn't learn how to animate, but once they took our class, they're surprised that they indeed can animate, and that animation isn't as scary as they thought.
If you have been wanting to start your animation journey, but too scared to try, then let this be a sign to get started. You can do it. :) It's not that you can't animate, you just didn't find the right teacher.
We hope we can be that teacher to you.
Hope to see you in class. 😁

By joining, you can start learning from our 40 frame-by-frame animation lessons. The lessons are beginner-friendly. And when we say beginner-friendly, we really mean it. The drills are also easy to follow. Plus, feedback are given to your drills if you post them in our discord server.
This is the perfect way to learn frame-by-frame animation if you're a beginner. Even if you're an intermediate animator, you'll still be able to pick up a trick or two from our lessons 😉
The preview you see below is from our latest lesson, FD-18. In that lesson, we'll plan the easing, add breakdowns to the Blobby animation, and finally add inbetweens. All of these are still in the rough animation phase.
I hope to see you in class! Take care! 👋
