Yesterday was one of those rare days Iāll never forget.
Had the incredible opportunity to visit the International Maritime Organization in the UKāa place that shapes the very foundation of global maritime standards.
A big thank you to Mike Guy and Karine Langlois for not just welcoming me, but for giving us a complete tour of IMO and sharing insights that left me deeply inspired.

6 months of hustle, and itās finally done!
Studying for my Chief Mate & Masters exams in the UK has been a wild rideālong study hours, stress, and moments of āwhy did I sign up for this?ā But honestly, itās been one of the most rewarding phases of my journey.
One thing that really stood outāthe exams here are more practical and less about memorizing answers. A much-needed change, but that doesnāt make them any easier!
A huge part of this has been about stability, risk management, and stepping into a management-level role at sea. Thereās a lot more to being a Mate than just navigation, and these past months have been proof of that.
And while all this was happening, I was also juggling running KSN FILMS, creating content, and keeping things moving on the digital front. Managing both hasnāt been easy, but itās a challenge I wouldnāt trade for anything.
Right nowātired, drained, but grateful. The learning never stops, and thatās the best part. Now, just waiting for the results. Hoping for the best!
