⁣⁠When I want to feel stronger, more energized, less stressed, and healthier overall, this quote reminds me to do something that truly fills me up and improves my health + wellbeing (instead of something that depletes me or is just a temporary fix).⁣⁠

⁣⁠Doing 15 minutes of Pilates, going outside for fresh air, and scheduling time for rest are a few things that always help me feel the way I want to feel.⁣⁠ 😊
