Forever Fit with Mitch is a channel dedicated to motivating and helping older adults improve their balance, strength, fitness levels, movement, flexibility and confidence. Mitch's fitness workouts combine standing and seated exercises for older adults to help them develop a step by step road map to reaching their fitness and health goals. Mitch is a 71 year old fitness trainer with over 15 years experience working with older adults and the elderly. His goal is to help older adults become active agers so they can continue to enjoy their passions and activities without their bodies become frail and weak. Everyone is invited to come and join the community and make fitness a part of your lifestyle.
