Hey dears, Quick update:
Shoulder is getting better/stronger with each passing day. Fortunately, theres no need for any surgery, just physiotherapy, exercises and rest should do the trick. Got back to playing the guitar this week and there’s very little discomfort. Should be back in business very very soon :).
In the meanwhile, please enjoy the content that’s posted on our channel and share with the ones you love.

Much love,
Amir.

Hey everybody,
A couple of days ago I slipped while playing Tennis and dislocated my shoulder.
That was probably one of the most painful things I’ve ever experienced.
It is devastating for an artist not to be able to practice his art, hopefully my recovery will be quick and smooth.
To be honest I’m also super upset with the thought of not being able to play my favorite sport for who knows how long.
Peace

Hey guys! We thought it would be cool to share a little bit about ourselves with you, in case you were wondering :)

So, Lital and I are both originally from Tel Aviv, Israel. We actually know each other since we were kids, as our parents were close friends. In our early twenties we came across each other again at a family event gathering and since then we were inseparable until this day (18 years together).

I personally have been singing ever since I can remember. I grew up listening to dozens of cassettes loaded with 60’s, 70’s, classic rock, oldies, that my dad had recorded off the radio each time he’d travel to New York. My parents would play these cassettes constantly at home, at my dad’s gallery, in the car, etc, plus many many vinyl records of The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Dylan, Bowie, Simon & Garfunkel and many more lying around in the house. You could say I was practically brainwashed from birth, to the point I knew the order of songs in most if not all of these cassette tapes, including all the lyrics. I’d like to think of it as one the greatest gifts my parents could ever give me. After watching a Beatles Anthology documentary on television I became overwhelmed with inspiration and I knew I wanted to become a musician and Singer-Songwriter. I then started to play the guitar, at the age of 12.

During the years Lital and I were a couple I shared all this knowledge with her, she loved that kind of music and wanted to explore more of it all of the time. We moved to New York and lived there for about 7 years. My goal was to pursue my music career as a singer songwriter and Lital was more into Fashion and Styling at that time. I formed a band there and performed my original music at various venues in and around the city. I then recorded my first debut solo EP album with producer Henry Hirsch (Lenny Kravitz, Mick Jagger). He owned a huge analog studio he built inside an old church in Hudson, New York. Recording on analog tape was and still is very important to me- the warm sound, the rawness, the authenticity. I was always moved by it, the ability to perform and sing live like they used to do in the 60’s and 70’s. Recording with Henry was definitely one of the highlighted experiences of my musical career.
On our last few months in New York, before we decided to return to Israel, a friend came over to our place with a bass guitar. I remember Lital picking up the bass guitar and I was instantly amazed by her natural talent and the finger movement ability she displayed, without having any prior knowledge of the instrument. She instantly fell in love with the instrument and during the time we lived in Tel Aviv she took a few bass lessons. She’d sit down with headphones and learn her favorite tunes by her favorite bass players solely by ear (James Jamerson, Carol Kay, Paul McCartney and many more). I personally love the bass guitar and always like to come up with cool bass lines for my own tunes, so I was showing her all these bass lines for my own songs. That’s how she basically developed her musical ear, just by learning covers and playing along to my original stuff.
We lived in TLV for a few years and it was only when we decided to relocate to Berlin in Summer of 2016 that our musical connection had deepened even more and we took it to the next level and started to perform together. It all happened very naturally, like it was meant to be.
