I, Chef Taruna Birla, am an Entrepreneur, Author, Homemaker, and self-motivated Chef.
My journey began in my hometown, Bhilwara, where I observed no cooking classes in my vicinity, and people often came up to me often for food/cooking advice. I relished those encounters and was always keen on sharing my new recipes and insights. After years of hard work and study, I started my cooking institute in 2020 with state-of-the-art infrastructure and a well-equipped culinary studio to fulfill this need of people in my city.
I have an unshakable passion for creating food with soul, innovative, and, and classic dishes with a demonstrated history of working in the food production industry. I also design cooking courses and workshops with simplified and detailed instructions so that even beginners can enjoy the experience of cooking.
