Starting today, July 1, 2025, there are new rules and regulations for all individuals crabbing for blue crabs in South Carolina to be aware of. Studies done showed decades-long population decline in blue crabs in S.C. waters.

Stephanie just made the best crab cakes in town. These were as fresh as you can get.

Team work makes the dream work. I'm thankful I had the opportunity to catch some blues with my granddaughters. They love crabbing just like their pappy.

Today, my wife and I enjoyed a boat ride on the Savanah River. The wildlife on this river is always awesome to see.

The fishing is on fire here in SC. My beautiful wife and I caught our limit of spot tail bass in under an hour in one of our local honey holes. We fished Carolina rigs baited with frozen wild caught shrimp from our area. We caught five fish total. 1 was too small. These fish need to fall within a slot of 15" to 23" here. And we can keep 2 per person with our recreational fishing license. Good day and supper for tonight. Win! Win! Have fun out on the water and stay safe.
