I just made a completely FREE DJ course for everyone.

It’s called How Pro DJs Find Music & Build a Killer Library, and it’s all about helping you discover new music and build a DJ library that actually works.

Inside, I break down:

āœ… Where pro DJs find their music (beyond the obvious sources)
āœ… How to stay organised and never feel overwhelmed by your crates again
āœ… The structure and library management that actually helps you grow as a DJ

It’s 7 in-depth lessons. Took me a week to make, and I genuinely think it’ll help every DJ who goes through it.

šŸ‘‡ Grab the free course here:

If music organisation has ever held you back… this is for you.

One of the most common questions I get asked is: ā€œWhere do DJs find their music?ā€

So I decided to make a completely FREE in-depth course showing you exactly how pro DJs discover new tracks, and how to take that music and build out your library properly.

This is one of the most important parts of DJing. Your library is your foundation. Get this right and everything else becomes easier.

The course will be out in less than two weeks. Completely free, and available to everyone.

Really looking forward to sharing this one with you all.

Feeling overwhelmed as a new DJ?

It’s completely normal.

There’s so much advice out there telling you to do everything at once…
Post on TikTok, build your brand, chase gigs, grow your following…

But here’s what I wish someone told me when I started:

Forget all that for now.

Just focus on the craft.

The one thing that really matters at the start is building your skills.
Learn how to mix properly. Get confident with your gear.
One skill at a time. Step by step.

Once you do that, everything else gets easier.
You sound better, you feel better, and the gigs and growth will come naturally after that.

That’s exactly what I teach in my DJ courses.
They’re designed to help you go from overwhelmed to confident, by focusing on the craft.

30,000 subscribers. That’s amazing. Thank you.

When I started this channel properly about nine months ago, I didn’t know where it would lead. I just knew I wanted to teach real DJ skills from the perspective of someone who’s DJ’d at every level of the industry, share what I’ve learned, and hopefully help a few people get better behind the decks.

Fast forward a few months, and there are now 30,000 of you here. And that number’s growing by around 3,500 every month.

It shows that there are DJs out there who actually care about the craft. DJs who want to learn, push themselves, and do something different. That’s the type of DJing that excites me, and it’s amazing to build an audience of people who feel the same.

This is just the start. I’ve got loads more coming. More lessons, more ideas, more ways to help you level up your sets and stand out behind the decks.

I’ll also be making content around the 40th anniversary DMC World Finals in Tokyo this October, where I’ll be on the judging panel.

Massive thanks for being part of this. Let’s keep building.

Mixing hip hop properly is a different skill entirely. Most DJs never learn how.

That’s why I made the Hip Hop Mixing Course, and the response has been amazing.

Huge thanks to everyone who’s picked it up already, watched the new video, or left a comment. I’ve been blown away by how many DJs have connected with it.

I’ve been a hip hop DJ for over two decades. I won the UK DMC Final. Mixing hip hop is something I’ve spent thousands of hours mastering and it’s a style of DJing that I love. It’s fun, it’s fast, and when done right, it has real impact.

That’s what this course teaches. Real skills that actually change how you sound behind the decks.

If you’ve already joined, I appreciate you.
If not and you'd like to learn more, you can check it out here šŸ‘‡šŸ»

Launch price is £59. Lifetime access. Zero filler. Just the skills that matter.

Every now and then I get a comment on one of my creative DJing videos saying something like:
ā€œMost people won’t even notice you’re mixing with skill and creativity, so why bother?ā€

Imagine if your favourite DJs had thought like that when they were coming up.

DJ EZ, Andy C, Craze, A-Trak, Carl Cox, James Hype, Jeff Mills, Richie Hawtin, Jazzy Jeff… just to name a few.

I’m glad they didn’t play it safe and I’m glad they pushed the boundaries. Because those risks shaped the art form. And now they’re legends.

Not everyone in the crowd will understand the details. But you will. The promoters will. And the DJs who know will see it too. So will your future fans.

Every DJ should strive to get better at their craft, even if most of the room doesn’t fully realise what’s happening.

That’s how this culture moves forward.

Remember when this was impossible?

Every DJ who’s ever got really good at their craft, whether it’s scratching, mixing creatively, or rocking a crowd in their own unique way, once thought it was out of reach.

Everyone hits that point where you try something new, your hands don’t do what you want, your brain feels scrambled, and you think ā€œThis just isn’t for me.ā€ I’ve experienced that so many times in over two decades of DJing.

But the difference between the DJs who stay average and the ones who become excellent? They push through that stage. With consistency, determination, and the right guidance, they break through what once felt impossible.

Whatever skill you’re working on right now, just remember, it once felt impossible for someone else too. And they cracked it.

All you need to do is keep showing up. With enough determination, anything is possible.

New here? Here’s who I am and why this channel exists.

I’ve been DJing for over 20 years. I won the UK DMC Final back in 2004. I’ve toured the world, done scratches for Hollywood movies, and worked behind the scenes with brands like Serato and Pioneer DJ to help shape how DJs learn and perform.

But the thing I’m most proud of is this right here. Building a place where DJs can learn the real skills that make you stand out. Not just playing tracks back-to-back, but mixing creatively, scratching properly, and finding your own style behind the decks.

This channel is all about giving you the knowledge, tricks, and inspiration I wish I had when I was coming up.

If you’re serious about DJing... you’re in the right place.

Every DJ hits a plateau.

You learn the basics, you get comfortable mixing, then suddenly… every set feels the same.

I’ve been there too. What got me out of it was going back to why I started DJing in the first place: to push myself, experiment, and surprise people.

If you’re feeling stuck, don’t quit. Shake things up. Try scratching. Flip your transitions. Play that one genre you love but never dare to drop.

And if you need a push, I’ve made a ton of free content to help you break out of the predictable and get inspired again.

You don’t need new gear. You need new ideas.

It’s tempting to think the next controller or mixer will make you better.

But the truth is, the best DJs squeeze every bit of creativity out of what they’ve already got.

When I see someone do mind-blowing stuff with an entry-level controller, I know they’re on the right path.

So here’s a challenge: before you think about your next upgrade, learn one new trick with the gear you’ve got.

If you don’t know where to start, I’ve got you. These free lessons are packed with ideas to get more creative with any setup.
