You'll all be very pleased to hear I have disabled automatic dubbing on this channel. No more robot French, no more machine-generated German.
I say "you'll all"... for all I know 99% of you LOVE the robot French voice and will be very angry that I turned it off... but I got enough emails and messages from people going "IT'S HORRIBLE KILL IT WITH A BRICK" that it's clear the automatic audio dubbing is not universally popular. We'll stick to organic meat-based English from now on.

Hey everyone! I'm going to be playing a bunch of songs live in Nottingham, UK this Saturday night, as part of the first-ever PubConf Nottingham. Tickets are £15, including food and a free drink - on sale now from pubconf.io/events/2019/nottingham/
As well as ten funny tech-themed talks from ten great guest speakers, I'll be playing some of my songs live - so if you want to hang out, have some drinks and sing along to 'We're Gonna Build a Framework', 'Enterprise Waterfall' and 'You Give REST a Bad Name', come along; I'd love to see you there.
(this is also the first time I've ever used the YouTube Community tab for anything, so who knows what's going to happen?)

I do interesting things with computers, code, comedy, music and video, then I travel all over the world and tell people about it. I provide software training and consultancy through my company Ursatile, I'm a keynote speaker, I'm a Microsoft MVP, I created Rockstar, an esoteric programming language that started as a joke and ended up in Classic Rock magazine, and I own the best web address in the history of the internet.
