Thought I would share little bit of what was behind the process of the latest watercolor and how the final version came to be. #watercolor

So after some brainstorming, this is how the reworked concept looks. Got the colors and composition down, just some small tweaks. This one is still small on pulp paper. Next should be the final piece on large cotton paper. Oh and canât forget some birds. #watercolor

A concept that i am not quite happy with, got to change things for it to work better. Will def change colors, perhaps even canvas orientation and aspect ratio. Will most likely try again later today. #watercolor

Recently i read book about history of Roman empire and felt like painting an architecture in antique style. This came out. The structure is inspired by water tower in Montpellier, France. #watercolor #lineandwash

One of the things i adore very much are old style hand drawn animation movies. Disney, Ghibli and others. There isnât whole lot of them anymore. This original is a tribute of sorts. #watercolor

Hello. My name is Peter TrĂșchly. Visual art, whether it was simple sketching, photography, digital graphics or even amateur moviemaking, was part of my life as long as i can remember. But it was the discovery of ethereal watercolor that set me on path of day to day learning and discovery. The loose washes, soft edges, luminosity and unpredictability of watercolor rekindled my love for visual arts.
My philoshophy is to constantly experiment, try new tools, techniques, even other media like graphite, charcoal, gouache and digital art and try to learn as much as i can.
