Bok choy kimchi is this easy and delicious?! You’ve got to try this! ✨
I honestly didn’t expect this to taste this good.
When I first thought about making kimchi with bok choy, I was a little skeptical.
I mean… it’s not the usual napa cabbage, right?
But I gave it a try, kept the recipe simple, and wow—
the result was so refreshing, crunchy, and full of flavor.
No heavy fermentation, no complicated steps. Just clean, crisp, and totally satisfying.
Perfect for when you want something homemade but not overwhelming.
I didn’t grow up eating bok choy kimchi, but now I wonder,
why didn’t I try this sooner? 😅
If you’ve ever felt like making kimchi was too much work or too spicy—
this might be the one to try first. It’s gentle, quick, and surprisingly addictive!
💬 Have you ever made kimchi with bok choy before?
Or do you have a favorite “non-traditional” kimchi ingredient?
Let me know below—I’d love to hear your ideas! 💚

You’ve Never Had Toast Like This — Korean Street Style! 😋💛
Back when I was living in Korea, I grabbed a quick breakfast one morning from a little street cart.
I wasn’t expecting much… but one bite of that toast totally surprised me.
Crispy buttery bread, soft egg, sweet cabbage, a bit of sugar and ketchup—
it sounds strange, but somehow, it just works. 😳✨
Now that I live in the U.S., I sometimes crave that nostalgic taste.
So I started making it at home—and it’s just as easy and delicious as I remember.
One pan, 10 minutes, and your breakfast is suddenly not boring anymore!

I usually make Shin Ramen the classic way, but this time, I drained the water and mixed in a few spoonfuls of chili oil. 🍜🔥It was such a small change, but the flavor really surprised me.
The noodles soaked up the spicy and nutty oil so well—
and eating it without soup made the whole thing feel lighter but still super satisfying.
If you’re looking for a new way to enjoy instant noodles, this one’s simple and definitely worth a try.
Thanks so much for watching—and feel free to share your favorite ramen combos in the comments 😊

Sometimes when I’m craving gimbap, this video comes to mind—and I end up making it again.
In Korea, there are so many gimbap shops that you don’t really need to make it at home.
But here in the U.S., I usually have to make it myself when the craving hits. 🍙
The best part about gimbap is how easy it is to customize.
You can just pick your favorite ingredients, roll them up, and enjoy!
Some days I add lots of eggs, other days just a bunch of veggies—there’s no fixed rule, and that’s what makes it fun. 😊
What do you like to put in your gimbap?
