Part 2 of my Real Ghostbusters series. We have the animated version, one that mixes the RGB pilot and original film, a Kenner toy version, and lastly, a recreation of my strange amalgam that I drew as a kid. Enjoy!

It's been a while! I'm been watching all 140 episodes of The Real Ghostbusters and all 40 episodes of Extreme Ghostbusters to put together a timeline for those series as well as exploring what happened during the events of the films, Ghostbusters and Ghostbusters II in that universe. After slogging through the final seasons of the Real Ghostbusters, I'm a few episodes into Extreme Ghostbusters. In the meantime, I've also been doing a series of illustrations on the Real Ghostbusters.
The whole thing was inspired because I found a couple of old drawings I wanted to remake. It’s Egon drawn with a hodgepodge of features: the form is mostly the Real Ghostbusters but his gear is based on the Kenner toys, he has features from the film uniform but also some coloration from the "Slimed Heroes" figure (hence the weird green boots/orange straps). I decided to create a couple of variants of Egon: one inspired by the film/original pilot of Real Ghostbusters, the animated version, a toy version, and a remake of my drawing.
I intend to have the whole series interconnect and might also do Janine and Louis for fun. I'm also thinking of a doing some classic villains, we'll see. I might sell these as prints if there's interest. Stay tooned, Peter is coming next!

Genuine question: what are your thoughts on sponsorships in YouTube videos? While I get approached by scam sponsorships all the time, AliExpress reached out with interest. Ultimately I declined because I'm trying to get away from my videos just being advertisements for something else. Do sponsorships annoy you? Do you consider them a normal nuisance in a video? Any thoughts would be appreciated, even if you genuinely would prefer a video to just be a video.

Come join us 2:30PM CST and watch our latest video! At 41 minutes, this is the longest one I've ever done. It took hours of research, writing and editing, only for my external hard drive to crash and lose almost everything. This is an introductory video which will start a new series where each ghost in the Ghostbusters films (and maybe more) will get an in depth treatment.
The next video I'm working on will explore the relationship of Ghostbusters and Casper and whether the 1995 film is canon to the ghostbusting universe. I also want to do a detailed exploration on Castle Dracula. Thank you for all who have been patient as I work on these videos. They are time intensive and labors of love, so it's incredible to have your support.

This is one of the many projects I’ve been working on. This is the ground floor plan of Castle Dracula. I’ve finished all five floors: the ground, first, second, third, and underground. I took descriptions of the castle from Bram Stoker’s original novel and created a layout accurate to the book. Everything you see is hand inked. The research, layout, design, inking, scanning, lettering, and digital aging took from September of last year to May of this year. This is eight months of work that I am incredibly proud of.
However, there is one last part to this project. Coming soon, I’ll be doing a video that on Castle Dracula. It will cover how the book describes it, its history, location, real world inspirations, and so much more. That’s going to take a little bit longer to finish. In the meantime, I’ll be releasing all five floors for sale. They will be 24”x36” prints so you can see the full detail of work I put into every inch.
My Castle Dracula has inspirations from the novel, the 1931 film, the 1992 film, Castlevania, and several real-world castles. My video will also dive into the process of how I brought this project to life. I wanted to share this proof to let you know what I’ve been working on and hopefully you can enjoy the finished product as much as I do.

Where have you been?
Working on stuff and getting healthy.
I'm also happy to announce the launch of the Ghostbuster: Operations Manual Version 1991, which covers Ghostbusters: The Video Game's equipment and ghosts. At 165 pages, it details the physics and operation of all tools used in the game. There is also a massive Tobin's Spirit Guide which details all the ghosts from Ghostbusters 1, 2, and The Video Game. Each ghost profile includes hand drawn and inked illustrations. At again, 165 pages(!), this tome is the dream of anyone who ever wondered if all the quantum physics they babbled was plausible. This book is literally eleven years in the making. It is a labor of love where I created every part of this piece. It is written, designed, and drawn by myself, and the culmination of a dream. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed creating it.
