My goal is to surf into my 80's and beyond! I am now 55 and have been surfing for over 40 years. A few years back, I came to the realization that flexibility is one of the major keys to surfing into my 80's.
That is when I decided to create my own simple whole body stretching routines, and MEYOCHI was born!
Then I had an epiphany, If I was having trouble finding an easy to follow flexibility routine, there must be many other people who have the same issue. That is when I decided to share MEYOCHI with the world.
