Dear Overcomer,
In the almost 3 months (!) since my last newsletter, I kept getting asked one question:
"When's your next meeting?"
Well, I finally have an answer plus an explanation for why I've been gone for so long.
First, the reason why I haven't written any newsletters in the last 3 months: I had to focus!
God gave me a very specific assignment in January that I knew I had to fulfill very quickly. That assignment involved a lot of writing and I knew I wouldn't complete that project unless I had nothing else to write. Thankfully, I completed that assignment last month, so, now I can get back to writing these newsletters!
As for what that project was, I'll likely be announcing that next month. It's something very exciting that pertains directly to Overcome the Pressure!
Now, let's talk about the next Bible Study meeting. I also put those meetings on hold so that I could focus on this project and I'm excited to get back to them!
The next Overcome the Pressure Bible Study will be Friday, May 2 at 7pm at a new location:

The title of this Bible Study is "The Source of Everything." I'm going to address the missing key to identifying your purpose, your drive, and the energy necessary to fulfill your mission.

Dear Woman of Purpose,
In our last newsletter, we discussed the advantages of being on the Blessing System and how toil was never the plan of God for His people.
Now, let’s discuss how we glorify toil and don’t even realize we’re doing it!
It’s a very sneaky thing the devil has done to us; we think working hard and grinding all day is being responsible. We’ve subscribed to this hustle culture which totally leaves God out of the equation.
But the real sad thing is we give God glory for that! We think that hustling is an accomplishment and that it’s the way you get ahead in life. My friend, that is not the way!
Listen, I once fell into that hustle and grind mentality. I was following the trend around me; I thought that working long hours, getting as many clients as I could, and adding additional “streams” of income would set me up for success.
All it did was make me tired, broke down, stressed, and not available for family and friends. It took a toll on my body that I’m still in the process of recovering from.
I paid the price with my life living on the toiling system.
But now that I’ve switched to the Blessing System, I don’t follow trends. I follow the Spirit of God. I have more rest both spiritually and naturally, all my needs are met, and I don’t worry about money or anything else for that matter. I’m happy, healthy, and I’m able to be there for my family. God continues to increase me, and, by my old standards I’m doing less work but reaping more benefits!
That’s the Blessing System!
I’ll share this quick nugget that I’ll expand on next time:
One of the keys to entering the Blessing System is abiding in the Word!
I’ll share more on that next time, but until then, I want you to really evaluate how you operate your life: is it toil or Blessing-driven? Are you just living a maintenance type of life or are you increasing? Think about that.

Zechariah 4:6 NKJV …. ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ Says the Lord of hosts.
I know most of us have read or heard that scripture quoted – I know I have plenty of times over the years – and typically we get excited and encouraged when we hear it.
But what does it mean to live “by My Spirit, says the Lord?”
It means to live ONLY by the words of God!
Not by toil, not by your education, not by your hard work, not by your good paying job, but by Spirit-spoken words. God created this whole universe by spoken words infused with His Spirit and power.
Your ability alone will never be enough, but when you are infused with “Thus Says The Lord,” the impossible and irrefutable Glory of God will be seen in your circumstances. All that anyone will be able to say is, “But God!”
It is God who causes us to prosper! - Deuteronomy 8:18
It is God who heals us! - Exodus 15:26
It is God who protects us! - Psalms 91
It is God who gives us favor! - Psalms 5:12
We cannot afford to forget that it is God and God alone!
We must learn the discipline of resting in the Lord in ALL things not just the things we deem spiritual, but every aspect of our lives!
It’s time we only operate on the Blessing System and get off the world’s (mammon) system. It is a failing system: always has been and always will be!
Jesus said that His way is light and not burdensome. There is no toil involved. That’s the Blessing System. (Read Matthew 11:28-29)
The way of the world (mammon) is toil and guaranteed failure. No matter how much you invest in this system, the return will always be more toil and a vicious cycle of failure. The sad thing is we glorify this system and try and make it positive.
Wow, I could talk about this forever! Maybe next newsletter, if the Lord allows, I will share how we glorify the world’s toil system and don’t even realize that we are. Stay prayerful.
God is shifting His Body in a new direction – the correct direction – and I’m allowing myself to be moved right along with it. You should too!
This shift is going to challenge everything about you, but that’s a good thing! God is only trying to prepare you for His glory because He is soon to return. He is returning for a glorious people!
We are shifting from the world’s system onto the BLESSING SYSTEM! Praise God!
I’m listening to the Lord as to when to hold our next in-person meeting, so please be praying for me.

Hello Woman of Purpose,
It’s been a little while since my last newsletter, so let me catch you up!
The past several weeks has been busy to say the least!
I had the privilege and honor to minister alongside my husband at our home church’s Winter Campmeeting. It was a week-long anointed and powerful visitation from God! I'm still digesting everything that happened!
After that powerful week, I spent time in the mountains with my family for a much-needed vacation.
And now I'm back home trying to reacclimate to normal life!
But let's talk a little more about this Campmeeting:
My husband and I opened the week with a message titled "House on Fire" and the life-changing responses we received after sharing this message really Blessed us!
So, I would like to share the message with you because I believe it will bless you and change how you pursue your life. In this message, we teach you how to live on the Blessing System, the system that every man was created to live on!
It's a fire message if I say so myself! To God be all the glory!

Dear Woman of Purpose,
You are more than the sum total of your successes and failures!
Your value is not wrapped in what you can do or produce. It’s not about who accepts you. Your value comes straight from the Father God because you are created in His image. You are a daughter of the Most High!
He loves you because you’re you!
I know that in the past, I would put my self-esteem and my worth in the things I could do, the acceptance of others, my accomplishments, and meeting certain goals.
However, the moment things changed and I couldn’t meet the goal or when people didn’t like me, it weighed heavy on me. I felt like a failure, and I wrestled with a negative outlook on myself.
But here’s the truth:
Success is the wrong value system.
Failure is the wrong value system.
Status is the wrong value system.
Talent is the wrong value system.
What others think of you is the wrong value system.
There is a saying that goes “know your worth” and I agree with that saying! You just have to know the One who gave it to you.
The thing about knowing your value in the Father through Christ Jesus is that no one and nothing can take it away! It will never depreciate!
No matter how low you fall or how high you rise, your value to God will always remain. Isn’t that awesome? It just makes me feel so seen and loved knowing that!
I hope you feel that too!
Listen! I want to encourage you to pursue your purpose, your dreams, and desires full throttle! Hold nothing back! This is your year of FULFILLMENT!

Hello Woman of Purpose,
2025 has already taken off running, and I believe that everything we were believing for in 2024 shall come to pass this year!
Listen, last year may not have gone exactly like you expected, but that’s ok, because we serve a God who can make all things new!
New opportunities
New connections
New relationships
New business
Whatever is needed, God is able!
Don’t get stuck in the past, but continue to move forward with God and completely trust Him with your life. Nothing is ever lost in Him!
If you begin to expect good things to happen to you, and for you, then it will!
If you expect the favor of God to operate on your behalf, then it shall!
You can have and accomplish anything if only you believe!
Here are some Scriptures to read and study that will build your faith

Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.

“What do you mean, ‘If I can’?” Jesus asked. “Anything is possible if a person believes.”
Declare that this year is blessed, productive, and accomplished! Amen!
This year I’m believing that the Driven By Purpose Community will grow, expand, and triple in size. Will you believe with me?
