I made this channel to share the joy of cooking, the joy of the success of the final product.
I made it for everyone who wants to understand the "why" in the kitchen. I want those who want to improve to have access to helpful information, to some easy-to-apply basics that can then be developed. I don't want those who watch these videos to just reproduce some recipes. I hope that those who will watch this channel will arrive after 20-30 episodes to be able to go to the closet or the refrigerator even without a specific plan and the inspiration to come to them along the way, subconsciously, from what they have already learned.
